Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 fresh lemons (juiced)
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, place the chicken breasts. Squeeze the juice of fresh lemons over them and add olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade). Place chicken on the grill and cook undisturbed for about six minutes.

- Once cooked through, remove chicken from grill and let rest on a cutting board for five minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips or serve whole. Drizzle with any remaining marinade before serving.
