  • 2 fresh bell peppers, chopped (red and green)
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the bell peppers, mince the garlic, and dice the onion. Set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant and golden (about five minutes).
