- 1 box chicken stuffing mix (approx. 6 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them flat at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir in the diced onion and celery until well mixed.
- Pour the stuffing mixture evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts, ensuring every piece is covered.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
