  • ½ head green cabbage, sliced into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Additional olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs inside and out.
