Instructions
- Using a small spoon or piping bag, generously stuff each green olive with pimento cheese. Set aside.
- In three separate bowls, place all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Roll each stuffed olive in flour until fully coated.
- Dip into beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Finally, roll in seasoned breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
- In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to approximately 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully add several coated olives to the hot oil without overcrowding.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer fried olives onto paper towels to drain excess oil.
