- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

- 4 large egg yolks

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish and bake for about 8 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Once the crust has cooled slightly, pour the lemon filling into it and spread evenly.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours.
