Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine canned pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. If desired, sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans over this layer. Add dollops of honey on top before pouring the remaining batter.
- Use a knife or skewer to create swirls in the batter for a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
