- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the orange zest and milk until fully combined.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Gently incorporate the cranberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
