- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
Instructions
- 1. Cut boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fresh orange juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- 3. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken pieces and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
