Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Arrange the fresh green beans around the chicken.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and honey, then drizzle over the chicken and beans.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve with any remaining sauce drizzled on top.
