- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the fresh green beans around the chicken.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and honey, then drizzle over the chicken and beans.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with any remaining sauce drizzled on top.
