Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and roll it out slightly to smooth any creases.
- Spread a generous layer of basil pesto over the puff pastry, leaving about half an inch around the edges clear.
