- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb dry-packed scallops
- 2 lobster tails, live or frozen
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Rinse shrimp and scallops under cold water. If using lobster tails, cut them down the middle with kitchen shears.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Cook Shrimp & Scallops: Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Sauté for about three minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add Lobster: Carefully add lobster tails to the skillet. Pour in lemon juice and cover with a lid. Let everything simmer together for approximately five minutes.
- Finishing Touches: Remove the lid, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the seafood medley, and give it a final toss before removing from heat.
- Serve & Enjoy: Transfer to plates and serve with crusty bread on the side to soak up the buttery goodness. Drizzle with extra lemon juice if desired.
