Instructions

- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix dried cherries, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the cherry mixture over the crust evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the cherry filling to form an even layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
