- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
- Prepare Your Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Mix Your Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate: Pour the marinade over the chicken in the bag or dish. Seal tightly or cover and gently massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least one hour; overnight is recommended for enhanced flavor.
