  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (for melting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish evenly and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, blend together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form (around five minutes).
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  8. Add whole milk gradually while mixing for desired consistency.
  9. Spoon the filling into the cooled crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  10. Refrigerate the pie for at least four hours or overnight to set.
  11. Before serving, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the top of the pie.
