- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish.
- Evenly sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the brownie batter.
- Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour remaining brownie batter over the toppings.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean with some gooey bits.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
