Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish.
  6. Evenly sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the brownie batter.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips if desired.
  8. Pour remaining brownie batter over the toppings.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean with some gooey bits.
  10. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
