- 4 fresh tangerines (juiced)
- 2 fresh lemons (juiced)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups filtered water
Instructions
- Wash the tangerines and lemons thoroughly. Cut them in half and juice into a measuring cup using a manual or electric juicer.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with sugar (or honey) over medium heat. Stir until dissolved completely.
- Once the sugar mixture is cooled, pour in the freshly squeezed tangerine and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Mix in an additional 3 cups of cold water. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Add chopped mint leaves into the pitcher and refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors meld.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in your refreshing lemonade, and garnish with extra mint or a slice of tangerine, if desired.
