Instructions

- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Gently fold together until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
