  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the carrots, celery, and garlic into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
