- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Zest from 1 orange
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions

- Cool It Down: Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon stick. Allow the relish to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
