  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (or cream)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until frothy.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; lumpy batter is fine.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  5. Spoon about half a cup of batter onto the skillet per pancake. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture before flipping.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on top (about two minutes), then flip carefully and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  7. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth; adjust milk for desired consistency.
  8. Drizzle glaze over warm pancakes and serve immediately.
