Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until frothy.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; lumpy batter is fine.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Spoon about half a cup of batter onto the skillet per pancake. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture before flipping.
- Cook until bubbles form on top (about two minutes), then flip carefully and cook for another minute until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth; adjust milk for desired consistency.
- Drizzle glaze over warm pancakes and serve immediately.
