Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon with melted butter until well combined.
- Lightly grease your preheated skillet with butter or non-stick spray.
- Pour about a quarter cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Drizzle a spoonful of the cinnamon swirl mixture over each pancake in a spiral pattern and gently swirl it into the batter with a fork or knife.
- Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides (another 2 minutes).
