- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls approximately one inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown.
- While the meatballs bake, heat cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat for about five minutes until warmed through.
- Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to a serving platter and drizzle generously with warm cranberry glaze.
