Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls approximately one inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat for about five minutes until warmed through.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to a serving platter and drizzle generously with warm cranberry glaze.
