- 4 cloves, minced fresh garlic
- 4 oz cream cheese (or substitute with Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil (or parsley if unavailable)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 1. Prepare Your Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
- 2. Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for about two minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Create The Creamy Sauce: Stir in cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth. If too thick, gradually mix in reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- 4. Combine Pasta with Sauce: Add cooked pasta along with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil to the skillet. Stir well until each strand is coated in sauce.
- 5. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
