  • 1 cup slivered or chopped almonds
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a heavy-bottom saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter until bubbly.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar and corn syrup until well combined.
  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly until it reaches a golden amber color (around 300°F or 150°C).
  5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the chopped almonds. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
