- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for sauce)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, crushed garlic, saffron soaked in warm water, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let soak for at least one hour.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C) or prepare your oven by lining a baking sheet with foil.
- If grilling, place marinated chicken on the grill and cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until cooked through. If baking, place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl for the sauce.
- Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), remove it from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice into strips and drizzle with yogurt sauce before serving.
