Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, use a zip-lock bag and rolling pin to crush the cookies.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Form Balls: Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
- Coat Truffles: Dip each ball into melted chocolate using two forks or your fingers. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before returning them to the baking sheet. Add sprinkles on top if desired.
