- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed), chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
