Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and zest.
  6. Beat until perfectly smooth.
