- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Generously brush the honey mustard mixture over each fillet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
