  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Generously brush the honey mustard mixture over each fillet.
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
