Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
- Layer the slices of ham evenly across the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and add Italian seasoning.
- Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
- Transfer the strips to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each strip with an egg wash for a golden finish.
