- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Unroll the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger powder, and salt until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
- Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 40-50 minutes until filling is set.
