Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: In a large pot over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil. Sauté the chopped onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Brown the Beef: Increase heat to high and add the seasoned beef chunks. Brown on all sides without crowding the pan.
