  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 2 fresh lemons
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. For the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil until shimmering.
  2. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken in the hot skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. For the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring continuously.
  5. Gradually sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring gently. Allow it to melt into the sauce, cooking until slightly thickened (about three minutes).
  6. Combine: Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Simmer together for another couple of minutes.
