- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- For the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil until shimmering.
- Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken in the hot skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- For the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring continuously.
- Gradually sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring gently. Allow it to melt into the sauce, cooking until slightly thickened (about three minutes).
- Combine: Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Simmer together for another couple of minutes.
- Transfer your creamy lemon chicken to plates and drizzle with extra sauce before serving.
