  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Garlic: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and once hot, toss in minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  2. Add Spinach: Add fresh spinach to the skillet. Sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in Cream: Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently while stirring frequently for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. Combine Gnocchi: Cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain well before gently folding them into the creamy spinach sauce.
