- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut into squares, approximately 3×3 inches.
- Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square. Top with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Fold each corner of the pastry over to meet in the center, forming little parcels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water for the egg wash. Brush it over each pastry bite for a golden finish.
- Arrange bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
