Description

Indulge in these delightful Cranberry Bliss Bars, featuring a sweet-tart cranberry base topped with creamy frosting, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick inserted should come out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
  7. In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Once the bars have cooled, spread frosting generously over the top.
