Description

Cranberry Bliss Bars are a festive dessert combining tart cranberries with creamy frosting, making them an irresistible treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually mix in all-purpose flour until just combined.
  5. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. A toothpick inserted should come out clean but moist. Let cool completely.
  7. While waiting for the bars to cool, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Once the bars are cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
