- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the melted butter and egg to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
- Once the base is cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
