- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow bars to cool on a wire rack.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled bars and slice them for serving.
