Instructions
- Wash the cranberries under cold water, discarding any mushy ones.
- Peel and core the apples, then dice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Use a microplane or knife to grate the fresh ginger.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, diced apples, grated ginger, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Stir gently while heating until the cranberries begin to pop and the mixture melds together (about 10–15 minutes).
