  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the dry mixture until it resembles wet sand.
  4. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges and soft in the center.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
  8. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk to achieve a smooth consistency.
  9. Once cookies are completely cooled, drizzle frosting generously over each cookie.
