- 1 cup Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together cold milk and chocolate pudding mix until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Spread this layer evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
- For a decorative touch, sprinkle cocoa powder or crushed Oreos on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
