  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved

Instructions

  1. For the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an ungreased baking dish.
  2. For the Filling: In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix until silky-smooth.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully blended.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust evenly.
  5. Add a layer of fresh cherries before repeating with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  6. For the Topping: Spread cherry pie filling over the top layer. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
