Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and chai spice blend until combined.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with light brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the large egg until thoroughly mixed into the butter-sugar blend.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while gently folding in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges but still soft in the center.
- Allow cookies to cool on wire racks before serving.
