Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips evenly into the batter.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle crushed graham crackers followed by mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for an additional five minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
