- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly into the batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle crushed graham crackers followed by mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for an additional five minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
