Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb dry-packed scallops
  • 2 lobster tails, fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp, scallops, and lobster under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add an additional tablespoon of butter if needed. Place scallops in an even layer and sear without moving for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Place lobster tails meat-side down in the skillet. Cook for approximately 3 minutes before flipping and cooking another 5 minutes until opaque.
  6. Return all seafood to the skillet along with lemon juice and chopped parsley. Gently toss to combine before serving on plates.
