Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb dry-packed scallops
- 2 lobster tails, fresh or thawed if frozen
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp, scallops, and lobster under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.

- Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add an additional tablespoon of butter if needed. Place scallops in an even layer and sear without moving for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Place lobster tails meat-side down in the skillet. Cook for approximately 3 minutes before flipping and cooking another 5 minutes until opaque.
- Return all seafood to the skillet along with lemon juice and chopped parsley. Gently toss to combine before serving on plates.
