Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 8 oz chocolate bark (dark or milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
