- 8 oz chocolate bark (dark or milk)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled completely, melt chocolate bark according to package instructions. Drizzle over the cake in a zigzag pattern to create the pinecone effect.
