- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice until well blended. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (longer for more flavor).
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade (reserve the marinade). Place chicken on the hot grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
