Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rigatoni is a creamy, comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken and rich garlic sauce that will delight your taste buds and impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet used for the chicken, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about one minute).
  5. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce; mix well.
  6. Lower heat and add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Slice cooked chicken and toss it with rigatoni.
  8. Pour the sauce over pasta and chicken; mix well to coat every piece.
